Thomas blackshear figurine arrived broken. Messaged seller to return/refund. Seller refused to issue refund wanted ME to file insurance claim. Told him that’s sellers responsibility. He said he doesn’t take returns but it doesn’t matter if you don’t package something well and it arrived broken you can’t deny. It was not wrapped good. Poor customer service. I had to contact eBay and eBay sent me refund -money back guarantee after I returned figurine. Seller just rude and ignorant of policy.
