DO NOT BUY! I ordered a US 5 boot, and they sent a 6, claiming it was a "EU6" - it was over 2 inches past my foot (27 cm long) - no way was it a size US5/EU6. Despite my pictures, and proof it was the incorrect size and didn't fit, they did nothing. No refund (full or partial) and no replacement with a correct size. With return shipping costs over $60 it was money thrown away. Too bad, as I like the boot.
