Received bag in damaged condition that wasn’t mentioned in the written description & not shown in any photographs. When I messaged the seller hoping for resolution, seller refused to do anything about it. Forcing me to escalate the return process to eBay. eBay policy is that items must be received in the condition as described. Saying no returns, as the seller did, doesn’t apply if you lie about condition of the item. Also, the amount charged for shipping is t the amount reflected on label.
