Must have cooking equipment in every kitchen.
The 11" Mineral B was so nice that I bought a second 12" pan. This cookware has the durability to take commercial use. The seasoning procedure was easy. The nonstick performance is better than any other cookware I've used. The handle provides sure grip and keeps cool. I love the absolutely flat bottom, as it prevents pooling of food and cooking oil. The pan's bottom has a large diameter that accepts more food. It sits rock solid on the burners; its mass keeps it in place as I work the food. No more chasing light weight pans around the stove top. The pan holds enough heat so that when the food hits it, there is no cool down. I feel so lucky to have DeBuyer equipment in my kitchen; it makes cooking so much more enjoyable.
