I only have the Fujitsu scanner for less than 12 hrs, but this is what I found: Free shipping was only several days wait, worth it. The scanner came in a compact box chosen so that the seller could bubble wrap the product tightly and bolstered by lots of paper - very professional packing. The product itself looked new in all ways. S I quickly connected it to my PC and proceeded to do 2 quick scans that were double sided and accomplished this easily and quickly. I am very happy with this seller!
