    Exactly as described, made in USA and CASE quality. Very pleased and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice set of knives with holding block. Put some vegetable oil on the handles and they look great and match the base.

    CASE, made in USA quality.

    These knives are just flat put together to do the job. The handles fit the hand well and the blades are thick enough for plenty of strength but thin enough to do a great cutting job. They came out of the box sharp and ready to go. I have bought several "high dollar" kitchen knives over the years. I would recommend these.

    Wedding Gift

    I gave this as a wedding gift. I haven't heard, but I'm guessing it was well received. We've had Case knives for over 50 years, back when they were chrome vanadium steel with rosewood handles. I'm a fanatic about good knives, particularly those made in the USA, and take great pleasure giving them as in gifts.

    I love case knives. I bought two kitchen knives 34 years when I worked in a hardware store. They are still in great condition. They hold up so well and they stay sharpened for a long time. They will always be Case knives in my kitchen.
