Revising my feedback at seller’s request. I was aware of the visible crease on the front of the item, though it was further damaged in shipment, specifically a dog-eared corner and mild paper abrasion. (Neither visible in the listing photos which leads me to believe the damage occurred in transit.) His method of packaging is subpar compared to the numerous other Playbills I’ve purchased via mail. Regardless of the item, I was largely unhappy with the seller’s disorganization and responsiveness.

When the buyer messaged me, I was in the middle of a 23 hour drive. I responded as soon as I arrived at my final destination, replying to his inquiries! Regarding the creases in the playbill, the playbill this buyer bought was in a "fair" condition to begin with. The creases mentioned were clearly visible in the listing. Please feel free to read all other feedback regarding my packaging. thanks! (Attempted to resolve the issue after receiving negative feedback, but buyer had no desire to do so.)
