    Tumeric for muscle and joint ache relief

    I have only used this for about 10 days and I do a lot of things that could provoke muscle strain - like snow shoveling, etc. So far, I have high hopes that taking this supplement will allow me to continue to do my daily walking along with this snow shoveling without the after effects of muscle aches that I had been experiencing.
