    2001 Silverado Installation

    Good quality, not particularly fond of the screw having head that allows you to screw it in but not remove it. Although that is necessary to prevent thieves from easily removing lock, mine is covered by bed liner, so I used a different screw. Easy install; just need to remove one screw, about 10 minutes, less than that if you don’t have to remove the bed liner tailgate cover. Fits my 2001 Silverado truck perfectly.

    Pop lock

    It is a good value. It installed easy and only took about 10 minutes. It works good and matched up perfectly with my tail gate, didn't mess up anything my tail gate works fine.

    Great product.

    Product feels solid and the install was easy. Only tools you need are a 1/2" socket to remove the old bolt and a screwdriver​ to install the security bolt provided. Very easy and affective

    Cheaply made.

    It’s waaaay overpriced and cheaply made. Now my latch doesn’t work smoothly as it did before. The lock does do what it should though. I’d suggest going with the GM oem lock.
