My only choice was to give the seller a negative feedback but the next morning I was contacted and was asked to keep the watch, to receive a refund for my payment and to receive a 20% discount on a future purchase. The proposition seemed satisfiable to me and we agreed on the deal. I recommend doing business with this seller because they promptly resolved my issue as the note in the shipping package stated.     I ordered the glasses and a week whent by and the tracking just said that label was created but item not received i emailed the seller he told me that he shipped it and that he can't control the shipping company but then the next day tracking showed that the item was still not dropped off I requested a refund and there was no contact and response for 3 weeks I had to have ebay get involved and then received a message from seller and a refund will not recommend this seller

    We sincerely apologize. There was a severe storm in florida and we had to shut down the office for a couple of days, power was out. We are handling this promptly now that we are back.
