        Description stated 16GB, i7, 512GB HD, Windows 11, it had 8GB of RAM, i5, 256GB HD, Windows 10. Seller didn't want to work something out, basically said she got it off HPs website and that was it, which doesn't mean anything, if she ran the serial number on the side of the unopen box she would know the specs. I'm basically taking this as a loss now and will have to make it right for my client, as she wont work something out or return.

        This was a brand new, factory sealed item. The listing was based on the model and specs provided by the manufacturer on the box. The buyer never requested a return but instead altered and resold the computer, making it ineligible for return. I followed the direction of eBay’s Leadership Team throughout.
