I took a chance because of a great price. shipping was slow and box was in perfect condition. one of the speakers had slight damage that absolutely was not from shipping.i contacted the seller and sent a picture. he played ignorant (he new he had been caught) and offered a very small refund .I kept my purchase but paid $65 for a replacement part

    We asked him to return the device, but he refused. He wants the device and the money. We returned part of the amount, but he refused. He wants the full amount without returning the device. That's why he wrote these obscene words that indicate this character. He is a fraud

    A Great Way to Go!

    This smart thermostat is just what I wanted, and with it's pricing, is more than I hoped for. This was truly the 'whole package': from the original packing materials & instructions; to the included small screwdriver; to the thermostat itself. I am so very appreciative that for the retail price of one Nest, I now have two installed and up and running. I recommend this without any reservations!

    Will not connect to Nest Temperature Sensors! - I bought 3 of these and none will connect to any temp sensor. Also one of the screens cracked 2 weeks after install. I must be from poor refurbish
