The poster was shipped in a tube that didn’t come from the venue and both the poster and tube smelled like an ashtray. The seller agreed to exchange a new poster in a new tube. The tube was the incorrect size for the poster and one end of the covers slipped into the tube leaving it only covered with tape. The appearance of the poster had scraped sides and a deep crease on one edge. No communication from seller. F+ seller.
