    Last week I placed an order for 2 of these bottle coolers. Within a few days I received the order with only one bottle cooler. I took a picture of the package and contents and contacted the seller. Seller said they would ship another out but i haven't received another bottle cooler or a reply to my request for shipping confirmation. If Seller can't ship he owes me a refund.

    This seller doesn't communicate well. Lacks complete basic level of communication skills needed for conducting a transaction. I notice this abnormality of absent communication now which is a strange and immature type of abnormal behavior amongst sellers on Ebay; Which has unfortunately increased over the last several years. Also , after specifying to package my item safely and securely, this seller still managed to package my order improperly.
