I reached out for assistance, but the seller never responded, and I’ve heard nothing back from eBay either. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, and now we’re two weeks past the date. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience—by far the worst I’ve had on eBay.

Package states 1/24 but not true. Very misleading. Seller does not give free returns so if bought, you are stuck with item. Not happy at all.

I appreciate the free shipping, but was disappointed that I received a "box in a box", without any padding, bubble wrap or a single piece of crumpled newspaper. The outer box had normal shipping damage. Every bounce and bang is transferred to the product inside. There was nothing to really protect the contents. Beside that, price and product was a good value. Thank you-Ted
