Exactly as described, the only reason I even knew it was used apart from description was a couple small flecks of thermal paste in the plastic packaging, not even on the CPU itself. Shipped quicker than I was expecting as well. WILL buy from this seller again, I'm in the market for a LGA1155 motherboard
