The one I had before made a lot of noise when the read/write heads moved, which could be annoying in some cases. Thank you !

Unfortunately the item received does not have the label with the word "PRO", as visible in the sales photo and my customers are not at all happy to receive a HDD without the word "PRO" on the label, they only want HDDs with the word "PRO".

I was a little worried and this could have been a bad experience with shipping drives back and fourth but Enpei decided to just send me a replacement. I am so happy that they decided to handle it this way. That is great customer service in my mind and I really appreciate them sending me a new one. The 3 working drives were thoroughly tested and have been working great! The last one is being tested now.
