The kits, as received, lacked the wheelsets, which, according to the labels applied to the manufacturer's packaging, should have been included, when the kits were originally shipped by them. (In addition, none of the kits appears to include the brass bearings for the wheelsets.) Nevertheless, in my opinion, the price paid still represented very good value.
