      Shipping was great - quick turnaround by the seller! Item was a great price. Box was securely closed with plenty of tape. However, the packaging looked like it had gotten wet or been stored in a damp location. Upon opening the box, I saw some rust speckles on the mounting plate, as well as rust and corrosion on the other included pieces. Not a huge problem - I can solve that myself. Just a little surprising to see on an item listed as New: Other.
