      Truing Tool

      i had a cabinet fall on my Tormek and left a big chip in the stone. I used the truing tool and it gave me a nice clean surface again . It sure saved over a new stone and I will need it again for future use. I worked great and very easy to use

      Necessary evil.

      As all the Tormek products this was made well. It is a little bit tricky to get the adjustments right. If you over do it you have to take a lot of material off the stone to get it level. It is a tool that is a necessary evil for the nature of the stone. If you use the machine the stone wears out. You almost have to buy this tool and it and it is pricey. I hope I get a few levelings out of it before I have to buy a new cutter which is of course...pretty expensive. I may invest in a CNC stone when this one gets near its expiration date.

      You need one of these but pricey

      Great product, built tough. $100 and some change is pricey. Need somebody to make one for 2/3's the price. I cant see the $100 price tag.......But you need it to flatten stones.....gots ya by the balls.

      Best trying tool design yet

      Completes a pass in two minutes or less. Leaves my SJ 250 stone feeling smooth as glad, my old style truing tool left ridges. My stone was "egg shaped". Too a few passes but eliminated that issue easily. I would recommend.

      If you own a wet wheel you need this tool. I have an other brand wet grinder(G-----y). It's only a matter of time and you'll need to true it. This tool works perfect.
