If you can see a package in that picture - I'll get my eyes checked again. Upon submitting a claim Aug 19 around 9am, UPS did deliver the item at 2 pm - at the seller's request. 5 star shipping is for the 5 hour shipping today. Staples ordered fit as described - thanks to the seller for dealing with a surprisingly complicated delivery pattern and taking care of it so quickly.
