    The Purrfect Likeness

    Great looking headsculpt/likeness of Eartha Kitt as Season 3's Catwoman. The costume looks great too with flex of silver paint to mimic the 1960's Lycra type fabric used on the show.

    So cool!

    MUCH more realistic and authentic portrayal of Eartha’s version of Catwoman than the 60’s doll. The costume and, more importantly, her skin color are much more accurate. This one is, IMHO, a much more flattering and honest look. I’m a huge fan of Batman and a cultured collector of ALL things Eartha. I’ll allow that the 60’s were a different time and era in our history. Thus, the “darker” Catwoman doll was neither black nor white, but instead a very ambiguous tone more appealing to the masses. I was lucky enough to grow up in Austin, Tx - likely one of the few markets in the South that did air the original Eartha episodes. Numerous southern stations refused to do so. I wish she was still here to see this. It does her memory justice.

    Eartha Kitt and Julie Newmar were definitive Catwomen. Lee Meriweather was good too. Eartha Kitt's Catwoman was more sultry and seductive,though. She played the role perfectly...with her purring. I had to have her action figure for my Batman collection. Love it!
