    Good idea to buy one, install it, and understand that it can show who caused an accident.

    If you are in an accident, that a car camera does not lie. This establishes the legal accountabilities in a car accident once it is disclosed. Viewing the car camera, what it sees, is something that should come with the cars as standard equipment ... but it does not. CEOs want their millions of dollars income and shave all costs. So it is up to the individual to buy a car camera ... so that you do not end up being lawyer assigned blame when you complied with the correct driving laws. That is, you did not run a red light or stop sign, but someone did and hit your car. The car camera does not stop your injury, but it places who was at fault for the accident.

    Good Product

    The camera works well. It has 720 pixels and is decently clear but not HD quality. Good thing is the screen turns off after 2 minutes (you can choose the time) but WILL continue to record. I have it in 3 minute segments and it goes to the next segment in about 1/4 of a second (250 milliseconds). This is something I didn't notice on other dash cams. Some cams take about 2-3 seconds before going into the next segment. You can run this FULL time even when the car engine is not running and it WILL NOT drain the battery even after running for 7 days. I tested it and the car starts right away after 7 days! Get two and install one in the front and one in the rear to monitor what happens even at a parking lot!

    Good deal if you get one that works.

    I, and my son both worked to get it to work with no success. Keeps coming up ( memory card failure) and does not operate. Instruction paper worthless. Tried to find copy of operators manual on net but nothing free. Not user friendly. No problem with supplier.

    Camera works great.

    The handle bar mount is solid even on dirt bikes. . As is the suction cup mount in cooler areas of Arizona. Only Negative comment is suction cup seperates from mount when temp is over 105 degrees Remdering it useless. Again Camera is great mount needs work.

    Good

    Don't expect this camera to give great quality but for what it is I like it. It will show a readable license plate when you're at a stop light. Should you be in a crash it will record it. Unless you spend a lot more money on a dash cam I recommend this dash cam.
