Zero communication. I tried to contact the seller, but he did not respond. The listing said make offer and I did twice and they did not respond. The offer expired. I went ahead and bought it for list price which was fine. It was packaged in a bubble envelope barely bigger than the iPad with the power supply stuffed in there against the screen. Would not have taken much to crack the screen. Definitely too much for shipping. Overall, I got what I wanted for a decent price.
