    Great experience, no issues and received the bag 1 week after I completed the purchase. The bag was well wrapped and protected so it wasn't damaged in shipping. Overall the bag was as described, although the bag was much less structured than I anticipated but nothing that bag insert couldn't help fix. Bag had an "old, storage" odor, but I definitely feel that I got a great deal (I didn't pay $3,000 for a new Dior bag) and the hardware is so shiny, minimal scratches, and the piping was perfect!
