UPS would not help me and stated only seller could fix the issue by pursuing claim. Seller has claims shut off for buyers. Not a problem except seller NEVER responded to me once to work through it. I have friend in UPS who went to other address and retrieved my item. Item is perfect hence Pos FB, but No seller NO help with delivery issue!

      Works like new

      This thing works like new. And a lot cheaper than the same one on Amazon. I have an old one that I got in March 2021 and the pump on my old one separated after only a year, velcro started not working well, whole thing started falling apart, and I had to live and deal with that for a long time using Scotch tape to keep the pump together, but would keep falling off after every use and the pump wasn't getting enough air and not working my neck very well. This one that I got works like brand new, pumps the air and I can feel a much better difference on my neck. Thanks.

      Neck pain for 5 years

      I recently had an MRI and found out that my neck is straight, It should have a curve to it. No wonder I've been having neck pain on my right side for 5 years. The Chiropractor I've been seeing recently recommended this Posture Pump. I've been using it for just a couple of weeks, and now the pain is somewhat less. My Chiropractor said it's going to take a few months of using the Posture Pump twice a day for 20 minutes before I start to get my curve back and then the neck pain will start to disappear.       Great Product

      This works just as stated. My neck feels better and I don't have the "grating" like I used to. My neck moves much more smoothly. I haven't used it but a handful of times but can tell that it is well worth the effort. The only thing I don't like about it is the headband...it really doesn't fit snug across the head, it is fixed at an angle and the pressure is from the edge. The item seems to be of very good quality though and hopefully it will last for years! I like it because of what it does for me.

      I could not live without this thing!!

      I used to love getting my neck adjusted at a chiropractor but after I developed a few herniated disks I cant get an adjustment anymore.....this is the next best thing!!
