Pictures contained USB-C cable, 3.5mm aux cable, box, and instructions. What I received was the headphones and carrying case. Upon reaching out they told me the would send out the cables but no mention of the box or pamphlet. Messages back and forth were slow and lacked substance. Never received cables after everything despite being told they would be sent. Headphones worked.
