      Shipping was fast, packaging was a little stressed (heavy part). the description and picture matched the labeling on the box, however the new part in the box did not match either and was not compatible with the mower it was purchased for. Seller was prompt, courteous and resolved the situation. The right part would have been a good value. this Seller stands by his customers, and I would not hesitate to buy from him again

      Great price, item as described... no complaint there. However, specifically asked seller to protect the top of the item for shipping, which they ignored. Worse, item was able to move freely within the box due to weak packing, making it a miracle that it didn't get damaged. Can't say I'd buy from them again.

      Shipping was on time, packaging was so so, but it was an open box item which I was aware of. Unfortunately it was used and had someone elses phone on file, and the touch screen was unresponsive on the volume buttons and most of the screen. I reached out to the seller, who issued a refund. They said that the items are just supposed to be packaging issues, I'm sure I just got a dud. Easy and quick response from seller. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!
