    The condition of the hubcap and center cap part was clarified 3 times in the listing description and 2 pictures of the broken clips - We clearly stated there were 2 broken / missing clips in RED script at the top of the description and again with this statement in the listing " 2 BROKEN / MISSING clips on center cap - will not remain in place without restoration repair to center cap or some added adhesive to hold in place or can use base hub cap section with your existing matching center cap"
