High quality shipping and packaging, which was a surprise given the free shipping on this listing. Item truly is Open Box and matches the quality of the photos! I'm surprised it was priced so fairly because a lot of these monitor stands are hard to find, especially the ones in practically mint condition. This was a really good purchase.
