I have been waiting for 2 months for a pair of insoles. This is the worst seller ever. I have been on eBay for over 20 years and never waited this long for anything. The tracking does not show, they keep giving you excuses, I've asked for a refund and they will not provide it. I can't even get a refund from eBay because it's been over 2 months. This is a disgrace. Don't order from this person.

I received 3mm pin lock instead of the 7mm I ordered. I contacted seller and was offered a partial refund. I do not have any use for these. You can see by the photos the size comparison and that they all have the same inventory number and marked 3mm on their label.
