First shipment arrived on time, completely destroyed and repackaged by the Post Office with their note of apology. Contacted the seller and requested a replacement and informed them of what happened with pics. They were sooo fast to respond with e-mail assuring me that a replacement at no charge would be on it's way directly. It was and VERY quickly.
