    Disappointed for several reasons.

    No installation booklet or as such, but one small pamphlet of product short info, inside the box. CD arrived as collapsed as you can see in the picture uploaded and the surface of the plane to be read is very much blemished with fatty blunt smooches all around ; not readable at all in my CD-rom, maybe finally owing to collapsing scars on it. Besides, I cannot even find the right downloadable URL for my model in OMAX website. What made me angry most is there is no descriptive guide including about parts name, installation, trobleshooting in the box. Terrible!
