My original order was canceled with no explanation, then messaged me she found transfer, then added extra $5.71 to the price. Communication went unanswered, slow or vague. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, missing the applicator, and with the product exposed due to a missing cap. I received a refund $5.71 after confronting the price difference, but overall, this showed little care or professionalism. For me their value is more than just a purchase, these pieces replace the 3 salad forks that went missing out of my service for 8 set of many years.
