Absolutely the worst transaction & customer service I have experienced on eBay. Stubborn seller will not accept return when I notified them bracelet was not 6" long as they falsely advertised. Seller demanded pics. Safety chain has no clasp so I sent pics of both bracelet sections showing their combined measurement as well as pics of bracelet slipping off my wrist. Still no return. Since I am now stuck w/ this bracelet, I undid safety chain & last pic w/ ruler clearly shows it measures 7".
