FedEx damaged and box was missing one of the legs. Contacted seller and they immediately sent another one. Second one box was damaged also (I saw fedex driver literally throw it from his truck!) and it had a part that did not belong to it. This one was usable though. Put tire on it between two kitchen chairs and it worked perfectly. Balanced tire and put back on bike. Nice compact portable way to balance if you can get fedex to not damage it. Didn’t get the level probably because of fedex

    Works great after you fix the bearings

    One of My bearings were real gritty and needed to be replaced. Best thing to do is pop the dust seals off and clean out all the grease with carb cleaner and compressed air. I then put a drop of light oil in each bearing and it's perfect. The grease they use has the consistency of molasses. It takes about 30 minutes to fix but it should last a lifetime.

    Exceeded expectations

    For the cost this balancer does the trick well. I use this to balance my motorcycle race tires on my Yamaha R1. No wobbles, no vibrations. Very accurate and easy to use, easy to store.

    okay for the money

    missing one bearing block, it was quickly shipped two days later, had to remove washers on bearing bolts and drip some WD40 on bearings to get them to spin more freely. set up works great now.
