Even though the seller did an excellent job packaging the item, it arrived damaged. I can only assume that Fedex dropped it or it got hit by something while in transit. I have taken a hammer and hit at the back corner from the inside (with all the drawers out) so I can at least slide all the drawers in and out. The unit will now function as described but the cabinet is badly dented in the back top left hand corner and doesn't look as nice as it did in the sellers picture.

If you ever receive something you feel the shipper has damaged... Take a picture of the packaging, & also of the item damage immediately ! We would have then been able to file a claim with the shipper & have gotten you compensated for your troubles ! Sorry for your less than expected experience...
