stop & prevent cramps

I am not sure if they work all the time...I take one with a cramp and it isnt to long until I need to take another,...ugh! because I get another cramp...so I am willing to keep taking to see if they will work all the time.. Anything that helps stop the cramp is worth its weight in gold

I still have leg cramps but w/o this product -- they are worse. I like that they are dissolvable in one's mouth. When I am in lots of pain, and grab for relief,...I need not fear choking on some huge dry pill. I have trouble swallowing anyway...so this is definitely a bonus feature for my purposes. They are odorless and basically tasteless and leave NO AFTERTASTE !!!

When I work outside hard or if I am on my feet all day, I can always expect a leg cramp or cramps at night. Although I do drink tons of water and Gatorade, I will still get leg cramps, and at times they are painful. My brothers have the same type of cramps; must be a genetic thing. We are all over 50 years old, and not in our twenties anymore, and are considered in pretty good shape physically. These Hyland QUICK DISSOLVE are the only things that work.
