The seller is very responsive. The item was in new condition. Overall very satisfied.I felt shipping took quite a while. I understand this item is programmed, However writing a vin to a module take ten minutes. Other than slow shipping everything was great. I would purchase from this seller again.

Thanks for the feedback. They take so long to ship because we have to order the cluster with Ford that is for your VIN. We don't just have them laying around. We have to wait for that cluster to come in which takes about a week in most cases. The estimated ship time on the order page is accurate and we get it shipped within that timeframe almost always!
