I did have to add a lock washer to the terminal side so it would make positive contact with battery since the bolt was to long to make contact. It bottomed out in battery terminal and was loose otherwise. It works as advertised and with 1/4 turn to the left disconnects power to battery and 1/4 turn to right restores power to auto. Over all it is a good buy.
