    It messure your vertical oscillations

    The difference with the more expensive HRM-RUN is that this one only messures your vertical oscillations, I was expecting the whole package because I think Im not running correctly and wanted to improve. This will not make you run better, it will give you a few information about you running dynamics so yo can be aware of them. In all other aspects, its another HRM that will work with your garmin devices (I have it with the Fenix 3 HR, it should work with other devices just like a HRM...hope so)

    At the beginning some of the running dynamics were not measured, but after the firmware update it was OK. Update is performed OTA with my Garmin Forerunner.

    One of most advanced HRM on the market

    Yep, It`s not very cheap but highly precise and durable. Check out fitness junkie reviews on it. And dont try to get all-in-one belt for running, swimming and cycling - it will be the below everage @one man band@ in every category. This one perfect for running and other simple stuff. Not so much waterproof for swimming and doesn`t count you bike cadence though ))
