I was in my bank app and noticed a refund. Contacted the seller and was simply told they were not available. They were listed as available on ebay. The item I purchased arrived broken - not as the item was pictured. Contacted seller and they accused me of being a liar. The broken piece was not in the packaging which indicates the item was already when packaged. I have little confidence the seller will make this right. I’m attempting a return but the seller is being rude and unhelpful right off the bat. I will never purchase from them again nor should anyone.

I absolutely love this Dreamsicle!!! I was a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell/AT&T Communications for 20 years and I wanted this particular one as a memento of my time spent at that job. The item was packed well and in excellent condition, but my only complaint is the time it took this to arrive! I purchased it on 2/27/24 and it wasn't shipped until 3/5/24! I know life happens, but it would've been nice to hear from the seller about the delay.
