When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. These guys have great customer service the other day I ordered a set of two lawn mower blades and when I received my order I only received one. I sent them a message with a picture of the package and they got back to me right away like with in 24 hours I was super impressed anyway they apologized for the mixup and sent me out the other one right away. Because of that I will continue to buy from them and recommend them.
