The item was received in a timely manner, however it shipped with the wrong power supply, and the machine itself had rattling noises inside. Upon inspection, I found two small little broken parts of plastic. I contacted the seller twice without any response. After purchasing some batteries to power the machine, and test it... it won't refill a cartridge without an error message. This has been a wasted purchase of $121
