I wasn't sure what to think at first. This was described as a "Pack of Two" and originally, only one arrived in the mail, but... I emailed the seller to describe what had happened and was told "Another one will arrive soon"... and it did. I'm very pleased at the speed in which the correction was handled and pleased in the product itself. They're nice for the price.

Great communication and kind seller. However, item was NOT as pictured. Seller offered to refund upon return even though listing says no returns, which was nice. But it cost me $20 to ship the item, which was NOT the item in the listing, and refused to pay for that cost, so I'm out $20 with no bag to show for it. Make sure you ask to verify what you're actually buying.
