This is the fifth time this has happened at that specific facility, but that is not the seller's problem. The item arrived well packed and in good condition. I cannot test it yet, but the seller's feedback indicates that he sells goos stuff and that if it is DOA he will take care of his customer. He also does not like buyers who fail to research and then buy the wrong item. I like that. A+++ Seller.

The one unusual thing — which has nothing to do with the seller or the packaging, and more to do with USPS delivery — is that during transit, it went to Colorado Springs and stayed there for three days, then went to Denver before finally arriving in Pueblo. That was strange, since Colorado Springs is much closer to Pueblo. Just weird and inefficient. Overall, I like the CPU. :)
