Sorry that USPS damaged your package. We ship air filters with this method quite often and without issue. Now and then a package will get damaged. Why didn't you contact me in regards to the issue? Did you use the filter... did it seal properly? If the filter is not usable... why not contact us first before leaving negative fdbk? I would've taken care of it regardless of who caused the damage? I just don't understand people sometimes...
