For Chantilly Cream, it's recomended to have very cold cream. Some people even put thier whisks and bowl in the freezer! To save it, you can add some extra cold cream or iceing suagr, and that should fix it, but it won't hold quite as long. We hope that helps for next time! Best, Anita
