Seller communication is quite good. There were some issues with the product but it was easily resolved.
I did find out later that the screws don t sit flush in the countersunk holes which then leaves a significant gap between the main lock and the piece that goes on the lid. Just needed to widen the countersunk holes with a countersink bit.
