This particular brand has a stronger smell than the last brand that I got but seems to work just as well. If it wasn't for the smell I would probably have given it five stars. I have to make sure it's blended well with my dog's food or she won't eat it she will sniff it and if she can smell it she won't eat it. I use it for allergy control along with two other items works very well

No cold other nasty virus in over a year with this product.
I have been taking this Quercetin product for 6months now. It helps protect my immune system from viruses. I have gone over 16 months without a cold. It is best taken with vitamin C, D, and zinc supplement for immune system protection. We all can use an effective immune system protector these days. This brand has 440mg of Quercetin per capsule which is 10% more than other brands.

I started taking quercetin (doesn’t necessarily have to be this brand) two years ago, and I haven’t had a cold, a fever, or even the pandemic bug. To be completely fair, I have felt a cold starting to come on, about 10 times these past two years. However, the actual coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc., has not happened. I do think that this Quercetin does help relieve allergies such as hayfever or mild reactions to air pollution. I believe it does also relieve joint inflammation and even minor arthritic conditions of the joints, such as in my case one knee. In scientific literature it is considered to be an antioxidant and that is probably why it helps with these conditions. It's considered to boost the immune system. I have increased energy and maybe that is a byproduct of relieving these other conditions, mentioned above. I usually take it first thing in the morning with breakfast. I think if taken late in the day it may interfere with sleep. I am going to continue taking it, as these things take time to see results, but I think I am headed in the right direction with this supplement. Highly ...
